Return & Refund Policy

  • Right of Withdrawal (Standard Items)

    For standard, non-personalized products, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

    Withdrawal Period: The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

    How to Cancel: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email or letter). You may use the attached Model Withdrawal Form, but it is not obligatory.

  • Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

    Personalized Goods: Items that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized (e.g., items that have been marked in the shop as “personalized item”). These sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

    Sealed Goods: Items unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.

  • Refunds

    If you withdraw from a contract for a standard item:

    We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

    We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

    We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

  • Return Shipping Costs

    Cost: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

    Condition: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

  • Defective or Damaged Items

    If you receive a standard or a personalized item that is defective, damaged, or misspelled due to our error, please contact us immediately at kinkylight@emotiondesign.de. In these specific cases, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
