Shipping Rates
We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Your personal shipping rate is calculated during checkout.
Please note: At this time, we only ship to countries within the European Union. -
Our Shipping Partners
To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we ship all orders via DHL, UPS or DPD.
Packstations (Germany Only): We do deliver to Packstations. If you want your order delivered to a packstation please tell us in the notes field during checkout.
Signature Required: For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times
Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the following standard delivery windows apply:
Germany: 1–4 business days
Austria & BeNeLux: 2–5 business days
Rest of EU: 4–10 business daysNote: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or peak holiday seasons.

Order Processing
Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that our team is very small and we give our best in order to serve your order as quickly as possible. During low-stock phases order processing might be delayed by up to 15 business days.
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as the label is created.

Customs and Duties
EU Orders: There are generally no customs duties or taxes for orders shipped to countries within the European Union. The price you pay at checkout is the final price. We assume no liability for customs duties or taxes, this belongs to the reponsibility of the buyer.
Special Territories: If you are ordering from a special territory within the EU (e.g., Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), you are responsible for any applicable import duties or local taxes.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your package arrives damaged or if it is lost in transit:
Damages: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the packaging is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or ensure the driver notes the damage. Contact us immediately at kinkylight@emotiondesign.de with photos.
Lost Items: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your specific drop-off point.
